DDU - All our orders are shipped as "DDU" (unpaid duty) and we are not responsible for any additional charges accrued on international orders, such as taxes or duties. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Delivery time - Depending on your order quantity, we will ship within 5-30 working days and upload tracking number as soon as possible. When your order is shipped, notification will be sent to your registered email address on our website. You can find the tracking number in your email, and you can track order status online.

- Processing time is calculated from the time your order is verified.
- Processing time might be put off due to the delay of order verification, holidays or shortage of stock.
- Chinese holiday reminder: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Delivery time will be affected during the holidays and the delay is often about 5-6 days and sometimes even longer. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

Your order will ship with Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We will deliver the items to you by the delivery date shown or within the date range provided at checkout. Please notes that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
