2.How to order your products?
A: Please contact us to tell me the product model you are interested in, we will provide you with quotation and invoice for you to confirm the payment, then we will prepare the goods for you after receiving the payment.
3.Do you accept OEM&ODM services?
A: Yes, we accept OEM&ODM, as well as professional customer ODM service team.
4.Whats your product MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 100-300pcs. If you need to test the product from < 100pcs, that's fine.
5.Can I print my logo on the product?
A: Yes, please send us your logo as a PDF. The MOQ of custom logo is 100pcs, of course we can support ordering in small batches when we start.
6.What is the production cycle？
A: In the case of sufficient materials, sample orders (< 10pcs) will be delivered within 3 days, and bulk orders will take 7 days.
If custom packing is required, delivery will be in 10-15 days.
7.How long is the warranty period？
A: 12 months from the date of delivery.
8.Can we use our own essential oils?
A: Yes, make sure it's an oil-based essential oil or a special fragrance oil.

A: No, our diffuser is a direct atomization of essential oils without adding water.

12. How do you control the quality?
A: We control product quality through IQC, three tests on the production line and 100% burn-in testing before packaging.
13. How do you ship and how long will it take?
A: We can ship the goods for you by international express, air, sea, rail transportation, the time depends on different routes and countries, you can tell us the delivery address in order to give you accurate information.
